Wish everyone very happy pujo and shubho bijoya. This was my 2nd year in Bangalore celebrating the pujo in a small way. Nevertheless, I got the chance to do 2 pandal hopping and enjoy some yummy hot Khichudi, Alu-Potol, Bandhakopi, Tomato chutney and paayes. The pujos were small in grandeur when it came to comparing with those in Bengal but still sweet experience. There were some nice little cultural events around.
But what makes the pujos so special is the excitement with which we wait, and the openness with which we enjoy the 4 days. Oh yes the food plays the most significant role.
